The multi-spindle department is dedicated to the series production of turned components, with medium-to-high volumes and reduced cycle times. This technology ensures high productivity, repeatability and competitiveness in the manufacturing of complex mechanical components.

CNC Fixed-Head Turning Department
The CNC fixed-head department is used for the flexible production of complex turned components. The machines can handle both small-to-medium batches and repetitive production runs while maintaining high quality standards.

Machining centers and secondary-operation lathes complete the processes carried out in the turning departments by performing milling, drilling, threading and other secondary operations. The department enables the production of finished components ready for subsequent inspection or assembly stages.

The department carries out mechanical assembly and complementary operations on components manufactured in-house. Activities include assembly, finishing and completion processes, enabling us to supply customers with individual components or mechanical assemblies ready for use.

The tooling and equipment manufacturing department produces and modifies tools, equipment and dedicated production fixtures. Managing these activities in-house reduces setup times, enables rapid response to production requirements and helps optimize process reliability.

Washing Department
The washing department is dedicated to cleaning components after mechanical machining, using different systems and cycles selected according to specific requirements. In-house management allows us to choose the most suitable treatment for removing oils and residues, including specific protective washing processes for steels prone to oxidation, ensuring that components are properly prepared for subsequent stages while maintaining the required quality standards.
